2 hr Yin Yoga Extended Class

End your weekend with a gentle stretch and release.

Yin is a very accessible practice that does not include all the more challenging poses of traditional Yoga.  Yin Yoga helps to release all the joints and connective tissues of the body – by relaxing the body into supported postures for 3-5 minutes.  This is not about pushing yourself but allowing your body and mind to come to a place of stillness and calmness without forcing or straining.
