Elite Pilates Reformer + Tower studio hold a mixture of both Reformer and or Tower classes. Most of our Instructors will combine both reformer and reformer tower into their group classes. Ocassionally they may choose predominantly Tower class, conversely perhaps a predominantly Reformer session. Either way you get exactly what Joseph Pilates himself was after – a mixture of Reformer bed, and the Tower!
